About Tom Neale-Peppiatt
Tom has been an integral part of Rayleigh CC, joining the club as a junior in the U11 age group section. He made his senior debut at 14 in 2010 and has since taken on key leadership roles on the pitch, including captaining various league sides between 2015 and 2024. Beyond his contributions on the pitch, Tom plays a vital role in the club’s operations. He is currently the Deputy Chairman and Social Secretary, and has been a member of the Management Committee across two stints (2013 to 2015 and 2021 to present).
