Rayleigh Cricket Club is proudly run entirely by a passionate group of volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes. The day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of the club are overseen by our Management Committee.
Elected By Members
Members of the Committee are elected and nominated annually by members, for members, at the AGM.
Year-Round Governance
The Committee meets regularly throughout the year, ensuring the Club runs smoothly and successfully.
Day-To-Day Work
Club Officials handle everything from finance, fixtures, strategy development and facility maintenance.
Safeguarding & Development
Beyond the day-to-day, they oversee youth development and ensure the Club upholds safeguarding standards.
