On Saturday 11th October, the club gathered at the Essex CCC Premier Suite to celebrate another memorable season of cricket, reflecting on the standout individual and team performances that defined the year.
While 2025 proved to be a testing season with results not always going our way, there was still plenty to applaud – from James Ellis’s incredible 192 for the 1st XI and Henry Murrell’s remarkable run of three consecutive centuries, to the U19 Harriers’ dominant league title win.
Despite mixed fortunes on the field, our U19 Harriers stormed to a league title, the 1st XI secured a commendable 4th, and the 5th XI narrowly missed promotion. Standout moments included Henry Murrell’s three consecutive centuries and James Ellis’s magnificent 192-run masterclass.
