As we are rapidly approaching the end of our financial year (31st October 2024), it’s time to review everyone’s payments to the club.
Many of you have paid by monthly standing order to pay for annual subscriptions, match & net fees and the rest paid upfront before the outdoor season started.
I’ve written separately to each of you over the last few weeks with your personal account details and two thirds of you have replied so far and settled any shortfall payments. However, about 50 have not replied so please can you check your inbox and spam folder in case you’ve missed my email. They will have come from my personal account (rjverrinder@aol.com). If I do not get an answer this week then I will carry forward any surplus or shortfall to the 2025 account as our treasurer needs to complete the accounts in preparation for our AGM in early December.
We have now started indoor nets at FitzWirmarc School and the fees for both Autumn (October to December) and Spring nets (January to April) will be paid from standing order payments – we will not be taking cash payment on the night but a register of attendees will be maintained. Costs for nets is £4 for adult sessions and £3.50 for colt sessions.
If you are planning on attending indoor nets and playing in 2025 then please keep your standing order going during the winter as this helps with club finances during the off season. It will also mean that your monthly payment is lower than starting it near to the deadline in March as some have done this year.
