Tom has been an integral part of Rayleigh Cricket Club, joining the Club as a junior in the U11 age group section. He made his senior debut at 14 in 2010 and has since taken on key leadership roles, captaining both the 5th XI (2015) and the 4th XI (2021 – 2023). A major playing highlight for Tom was winning the U15 South Essex District Board final in 2011.

Beyond his contributions on the pitch, Tom plays a vital role in the Club’s operations. He is currently the Deputy Chairman and Social Secretary, and has been a dedicated member of the Management Committee across two stints (2013 – 2015 and 2021 to present).
