Player Bio
Tom Osbourn has been a dedicated fixture at Rayleigh CC since making his debut for the 3rd XI in 2003. A highly capable all-rounder, Tom has scored just shy of 2,500 runs at an average of 20.85, alongside taking 62 wickets at an excellent average of 18.45. Across his playing career, he has registered six half-centuries and three centuries, with his absolute standout performance coming in 2005 when he smashed a brutal 155 against Hullbridge. Off the pitch, Tom has been instrumental to the Club’s success. His tireless work coaching and supporting youth development has helped build our youth setup into the thriving system it is today. Continuing his off-field dedication, Tom has taken on the vital role of Independent Selector for the 2026 season.
