Jake’s journey with Rayleigh began in our youth setup in 2018. He made his senior debut in 2020, quickly impressing as a talented wicketkeeper-batter. He then spent a brief period playing for other local clubs, where he showcased his formidable run-scoring ability – most notably amassing over 1,000 runs across the 2022 season, which included a personal best of 99* for Leigh-on-Sea 4th XI. Jake remained closely connected to Rayleigh, helping our U19s secure the league title in 2025 before making a full-time return to the Club at the end of that season. Since coming back, he has played pivotal roles for both the 2nd and 1st XIs and is now a firm fixture in the 1st team.
