Rochford Sports Awards winners
Rayleigh Cricket Club were awarded the 2012 award for Sports Club of the Year in the Rochford Sports Awards at the Mill Arts and Events Centre on 24th October.
Nearly 200 guests heard stories of outstanding contributions by the very best of the sporting talent at the gala ceremony, with Badminton Olympic and Commonwealth Games medallist, Gail Emms (MBE) giving out the prizes and BBC Essex’s Ben Fryer compering the event.
Rayleigh were represented by Brad & Matt Walker and Richard Verrinder at the event.
