Dave Archer has made a significant impact since joining Rayleigh CC in 2024. A highly effective bowler, he claimed 75 wickets across his first two seasons at a solid average of 28.43, with a remarkable 50 of those coming in the 2025 season alone. Beyond his impressive on-pitch performances, Dave has stepped up to take on the stewardship of the Sunday XI and plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role as the Club’s dedicated Clubhouse Manager.
