Those of you who came to the recent AGM will know that we have kept the subs and match fees unchanged. For those of you who have had a standing order in 2024 then you will appreciate how easy it has been to set up and manage your annual subscriptions, match fees and indoor net fees for sessions.
All players are required to pay by monthly standing order which will be based on the number of games they played in 2024, their membership category and whether they are attending indoor nets. The standing order must be started by 31st January 2025. The only alternative to paying by standing order will be to pay the whole season fees using a bank transfer or cash by 31st March 2025.
At the time of writing, over 70 members have renewed their standing order for 2025 and are paying a similar monthly amount to 2024. If you have not re-started your standing order, please re-start it now. If you need help in assessing the correct monthly amount, please get in touch with Richard Verrinder via membership@rayleighcc.com. To help minimise the amount of time taken to manage the standing order process, please do not set an end date. It is straight forward to amend and delete standing orders so there is no risk to you of doing this.
The 2025 application form for both colts and adults are now live and can be found on our membership section of the website. The application forms give you the option to confirm that your details are up to date, or to update your details if anything has changed since you last applied for club membership. The adult form is for everyone aged 15 or over, and the colts form is for players under 15 at 1st September 2024.

The subs and match fees are all listed on the form, and can also be accessed on the membership page of the website, but if you need help in assessing the amount required then please contact Richard for a detailed calculation – for most adults £25-30 per month will cover fees and £12-15 will be adequate for colts.
At the end of the outdoor season in October, the club will calculate whether there has been an underpayment or an overpayment and then a payment or refund can be made.
If you already have agreed your standing order payment with Richard, then all I need from you is your membership form as it is required from all players this season.
