Those of you who came to the AGM, or have read the minutes, will know that we have had to increase subs and match fees for most member categories and that we are changing the payment options from those used in 2023.
Everyone will be required to pay by monthly standing order which will be based on the number of games they played in 2023, their membership category and whether they are planning on attending indoor nets at FitzWimarc School from January to March. The only alternative to paying by standing order will be to pay the whole season fees using a bank transfer or cash by 31st March or when attending nets from January.
The sooner the standing order is set up then the lower the monthly amount of the standing order will be.
Please make sure that you complete the correct membership application form (embedded at the bottom of this post). The adult form is for everyone aged 15 or over and the Colts form if the player is under 15 at 1/Sep/23. If you want the form in a different electronic version please let me know.
Club Bank Account Details
Sort code: 40 38 24
Account number: 31129570
Reference: players name followed by SO (to denote it is for a standing order)
If you plan on attending indoor nets at FitzWimarc School from January to Easter (£35 for ten weeks) then the cost will be included in the overall SO charge. No money will be collected on the night but attendee lists will be taken and used to calculate each players payments.
The subs and match fees are all listed on the form but if you need help in assessing the amount required then please contact me via membership@rayleighcc.com for a detailed calculation – for most adults then £25-30 per month will cover fees and £12-15 will be adequate for colts.
At the end of the outdoor season in October I will calculate whether there has been an underpayment or an overpayment and then a payment or refund can be made.
If you already have agreed your standing order payment with me then all I need from you is your membership form as it is required from all players this season.
Feel free to ask questions about these changes.
Finally, let me wish you a happy Christmas and New Year.
