The 1st XI travelled to second in the table Ingatestone 1st XI who batted first and scored 171-8, Matt Gilmore taking 4-25 and Ian Bryant 3-35. The 1st XI passed this score with the loss of 4 wickets, Willie Leadbeater (41), Matt Williams (31*) and Jon Cook (28) leading the scoring.
The 2nd XI entertained Willow Herbs 1st XI and batting first were bowled out for 188, Neil Henson (41) and Chris Frost (38*) top scoring. They then bowled the visitors out for 100, Danny Frost taking 5-14.
The V Festival at Chelmsford left Tillingham 2nd XI with only 5 players with the result that for the fourth week in succession an opposition were unable to raise a side.So the 3rd XI gained 26 points without playing, which guarentees them promotion to Division 6 in 2013.
The 4th XI visited Canvey Island 2nd XI who scored 212-5 in their 45 overs, John Wright taking 3-46. The 4th XI fell short by 11 runs in extreme darkness, Daryl Ox (51), Matt Walker (36*), John Wright (30) and Sam Verrinder (29) leading the run chase.
The 5th XI travelled to Rayne 2nd XI and scored 236-9, Frank Tennyson (70*) and Andy Lynch (33). In reply Rayne were bowled out for 165, Sam Martin taking 5-15.
The 6th (Dragons) XI were away at North Weald 2nd XI, who won the toss and batted and scored 183-8 in a time match, the wickets being shared by 7 bowlers. At 78-0 with only 20 overs remaining a draw seemed the only likely result but the home side used 8 bowlers, which allowed the Dragons to up the run rate and with some suicidal running in the last over won by 6 wickets with 2 balls left. Chris Slough (90) featured in a 78 partnership with Tom Peppiatt (30) and 91 with Max Jones (29).
The 6th (Eagles) XI strengthened with a few 3rd XI players went to Barkingside to play Ilford Catholics 3rd XI and batting first scored 237, Mark Acraman scoring a maiden century for the Club. They then bowled out the home side for 175.
The Under 15A XI played Orsett Under 15s in a high scoring 20 over game. Orsett batted first and amassed 137 all out in 19.3 overs, Matt Dobson taking 4-22 and Mihir Patel 3-22. Rayleigh passed this score with 2 balls to spare, Gideon Humphries 35*, Matt Jahanfar 24, Luke Keeley 20 and Neil Kelly 26*.
